SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT RESETTING PERFORMANCE DATES
Agreement made [Date of Agreement], between [Name of seller], of [Address of seller], [City of seller], [State of seller], in this supplementary agreement referred to as seller, and [Name of buyer], of [Address of buyer], [City of buyer], [State of buyer], in this supplementary agreement referred to as buyer.
SECTION ONE: ORIGINAL SALES AGREEMENT
Buyer and seller are bound by a sales agreement dated [Date of original sales agreement], for the sale of [Quantity] [Type of goods] to be delivered in monthly installments of units each.
SECTION TWO: REPUDIATION OF AGREEMENT
On [Date of Repudiation], [Buyer or seller] repudiated the agreement and declared that no further performance would be forthcoming.
SECTION THREE: RETRACTION OF REPUDIATION
On [Date of Retraction of Repudiation], [Buyer or seller] retracted the repudiation and the retraction was accepted by [Seller or buyer].
SECTION FOUR: NEW SALES PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
